I Can’t Sleep coaching programs are designed to be high-impact, personalized, and results-focused. Because each engagement requires dedicated time, preparation, and support, all sales are final once coaching begins. This policy reflects our commitment to mutual accountability and the depth of partnership that coaching requires. It also ensures that space is held only for clients who are fully invested in the process. If at any point the coaching relationship is no longer a good fit, either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. Completed sessions will be deducted from the total fee, and any remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future coaching or training program within six months. Credit is extended on a case-by-case basis for clients who have shown genuine engagement and commitment to the process.
